Reviews are meant for telling others how well a product works. It’s ok to say what happen to a shipment but personally I would never give low stars of a product based on what happened in the box. Hands down these are great products especially for the DMV area that gets so much humidity that wrecks a hairstyle in a matter of seconds. Although I don’t have long hair my curls are bouncy with a nice hold. They maintain style, shine and moisture throughout the day. Also, a little goes a long way and the smell is great! Crisp and light and not too strong . Definitely one of my go to products.
