Shipping Policy

Due to the high volume of orders this month, please allow up to 2 weeks to process your order (if additional time is required, we will notify you via email). You will receive an email from the shipping carrier with tracking information when your order is ready to be shipped.

Please double check your address for any errors. An incorrect address will delay order and a reshipment fee will incur if package is returned back to us due to an insufficient address. 

Please note that orders placed during this time cannot be cancelled or modified.

Standard Shipping Policy (Domestic Orders) 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. If you ordered during a sale or promotion, please allow up to 10 business days for processing due to the volume of orders.

Processing includes making your products, labeling them, printing labels and packing products in the box securely. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays or time in transit.

Shipping (time in transit) is typically 2-5 business days after processing. 

Total Shipping time = Processing time  (2-3 business days) + 2-5 business days shipping time. (If there are any unforeseen delays, we will notify via email) 

We ship all domestic orders via USPS & UPS. Our shipping rates are subject to change based on current carrier shipping costs. We ship orders Monday - Friday only. 

International Shipping

We are currently shipping internationally. 

International Customs & fees 

The purchaser is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery.

Please note: We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if it is refused by customs or by yourself, due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we can not issue a refund.

 Wrong or Incorrect Orders

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We cannot make address adjustments unless notified by email prior to fulfullment. So please verify you entered the correct address (that includes apartment & suite numbers).

Please be certain your address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you happen to catch that you entered the wrong address you can email us at customerservice@michebeauty.com with the correct shipping address before your order is shipped.

If your order is returned for any reason and you would like it re-shipped, you will have to pay the current shipping fee to have it re-sent. 

Returned Packages 

 If a package is returned to Miche Beauty due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re delivery cost (amount subject to change based on current shipping rates).

Miche is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages: 

Miche Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Miche Beauty will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. It is the purchaser's responsibility to inquire about your lost or stolen package. 

Damaged & Incorrect Orders 

In the event that you received the wrong item, an item is missing from your package, or damaged item please email us at customerservice@michebeauty.com within 72 hours and we will try to resolve the issue once verified. Pictures may be required for our records. 

Out of Stock Items

We strive to have all of our products available.  Due to high demand for our products, some products may be out of stock at the moment. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will notify you and send out all available items and place the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you. Please make sure you are signed up to our email list to be notified when products are back in stock.
