We do not accept any returns or exchanges once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect or Missing Items: 

If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@michebeauty.com. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged Items:

Should your item arrive damaged, please email us with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you in replacing the item or issuing a refund.

Wrong Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once the order is processed, we cannot change the shipping address.

Undeliverable Orders:

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the order.
